  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting and interfering with arrest and trespassing at 1433 N. Water St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of robbing The Bank of Missouri, 3427 William St.
  • Whitney A. Lamont, 19, 426 N. Frederick St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to display license plates.
  • Laquinta R. Rigney, 36, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and driving while suspended and a Stoddard County warrant for fraud and passing bad checks.
  • Nykkya D. Dickson, 22, of Metropolis, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for larceny.
  • Andrew J. Sales, 59, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a traffic violation for a revoked operator's license.
  • Christopher M. King, 41, 1208 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for failure to display plates and for a seat-belt violation.
  • Kevin R. Jackson, 30, 712 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for burglary.
  • DiAngelo L. Rice, 21, 1717 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Brent S. Johnson, 29, 505 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Jefferson City, Missouri, warrant for a parole violation and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Terrence R. Loviska, 20, 333 N. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and being a minor in possession.
  • Megan M. Sisk, 19, 229 Alpine Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a probation violation.

Summonses

  • Michelle L. Daugherty, 32, homeless, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Aiysha L. McReynolds, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance at 517 S. Sprigg St.
  • Sharola L. Moore, 41, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance at 517 S. Sprigg St.
  • Shauntel L. Roberts, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance at 517 S. Sprigg St.
  • Carol J. McClard, 43, of Scott City was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
  • Brett M. Lamont, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain property and failure to maintain property free of litter.
  • Christy M. Jones, 33, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for two animal-leash requirements.
  • Michael J. Bragg Jr., 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain a vicious animal.
  • Arkeisha L. Johnson, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for illegal dumping.
  • Betty J. Walker, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to secure a child with a proper child-restraint device.
  • Chelsea C. Miller, no age given, of Waltonville, Illinois, was issued a summons for following too closely.
  • Aron W. Farmer, 26, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance and property damage.
  • Justin D. Marberry, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.

Thefts

  • A generator and leaf blower were reported stolen at 1520 Bertling St.
  • An air compressor was reported stolen.
  • A laptop computer was reported stolen at 2112 Timothy Circle.
  • Miscellaneous items were reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • An iPhone, purse and its contents were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
  • A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
  • Theft was reported at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • A wallet and its contents, later recovered, were reported stolen.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported stealing
  • J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported stealing.

Burglaries

  • Burglary and the theft of jewelry were reported at 926 East Rodney Ave.
  • Burglary and theft of a PlayStation 3 and games were reported at 419 S. Hanover St.
  • Burglary and theft of a computer were reported at 414 Washington Ave.
  • Burglary and stealing were reported at 67 Edgewood Road.
  • Burglary and stealing were reported at 3019 Aspen Drive.
