The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

DWI

• Khristian Tumbleson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, domestic assault and armed criminal action.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to use a turn signal.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of a peace disturbance at 1318 Big Bend Road.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing at 1432 Big Bend Road.
• Dustin R. Wren, no age given, 616 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
• Lola A. Cox, 56, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• Jamie N. Lamburth, 35, 235 Marlin Drive, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
• Dasha D. Mitchell, 25, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
• Misty J. Pifer, 31, 709 Albert St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and two probation violations.
• Cedric R. Rucker, 32, 8 Village Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked.

Assaults

• Assault and trespassing were reported at 609 Maple St.
• Sexual assault was reported.

Summonses

• Joshua Wilson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing.
• Bethany E. Mungle, no age given, of Altenburg, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving with no insurance.
• Dana M. Isaac, no age given, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no insurance.
• Stanley B. Grissom, no age given, of New Madrid, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

• Theft of a credit card or letter of credit and fraudulently stopping payment on an instrument was reported.
• Shoplifting was reported at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Theft and forgery of a check were reported.
• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1500 Big Bend Road.
• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
• Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported shoplifting.
• A phone was reported stolen at 811 Broadway.

Burglaries

• Theft and a damaged light fixture were reported at 508 Clark Ave.
• A robbery was reported at Mimosa Street and Boxwood Street in which a bank bag was stolen.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 45 Minnesota Ave.
• A 10-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for property damage.
• Property damage was reported at 15 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

• A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
• Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 2322 Earleen Drive.
• A juvenile was taken into custody and then later released for shoplifting at Claires, 3049 William St.
