  • Khristian Tumbleson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, domestic assault and armed criminal action.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while revoked, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to use a turn signal.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of a peace disturbance at 1318 Big Bend Road.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing at 1432 Big Bend Road.
  • Dustin R. Wren, no age given, 616 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.
  • Lola A. Cox, 56, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
  • Jamie N. Lamburth, 35, 235 Marlin Drive, was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear for fraud.
  • Dasha D. Mitchell, 25, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

  • A 10-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for property damage.
  • Property damage was reported at 15 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 2322 Earleen Drive.
  • A juvenile was taken into custody and then later released for shoplifting at Claires, 3049 William St.
