The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Aaron Storm, 31, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration and resisting arrest.

* Johnny R. Ford, 21, 2640 Hopper Road, No. 19, was arrested on suspicion of assault and tresspassing.

Summonses

* Kelly R. Gause, 30, 620 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for an animal defecating on public property.

* Brian M. Williamson, 33, 1305 Victoria St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation and failure to restrain a vicious animal.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported at 514 S. Middle St.

Thefts

* DVDs and money were reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* Fuel was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* A mirror was reported stolen at Town House Inn, 505 N. Kingshighway.

* A vehicle was reported stolen at 1100 S. Ranney Ave.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported at 812 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

* A 53-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Marvin P. Whiteside, 24, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Caleb P. Abernathy, 19, of Farrar, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Sheila L. Cook, 31, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Tracey G. Niederbrach, 41, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Misty D. Blair, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Phelps County, Mo., and a Union County, Ill., warrants for failure to appear for theft and failure to appear for retail theft.

* John D. Barnard, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Justin E. King, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Anthony J. Minner, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

* Mark A. Trankle, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Christopher D. Overy, 25, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Robert L. Clingingsmith, 65, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Alejandro M. Solorzano, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Darrin P. Underwood, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Justin L. Jackson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* Hannah R. Mauk, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Cheryl A. Seabaugh, 38, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of two counts of assaulting a law officer and resisting arrest.
