Cape Girardeau police report 9/30/10

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Chance Terry Umfleet, 30, 215 W. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Darrell R.D. Porter, 26, 2920 Perryville Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and for not paying a fine for a leash-law violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, resisting arrest, tampering, driving with a revoked license and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

* Eddie Omar Allen, 32, of Grand Tower, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of forgery.

* Aaron W. Gordon, 20, 1022 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for fraud and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

Summonses

* Emmet Daniel Lee, 28, 414 S. Benton St., received a summons for assault.

* Rachel E. Welker, 34, 2000 County Road 525, Jackson, received a summons for stealing.

Thefts

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a traffic analyzer stolen.

* A DSI game system, PlayStation and games were reported stolen at 28 N. Hanover St.

* Two cats were reported stolen at 1038 N. Frederick St.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported two incidents of gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 511 Bellevue St.

Miscellaneous

* A 63-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.
