* Jess L. Aaron, 23, of Quinton, Alabama, was arrested on suspicion of stealing video games at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., resisting arrest and careless and imprudent driving.
* Bryce M. Tinnin, 18, of Quinton, Alabama, was arrested on suspicion of stealing video games at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Kyle R.A. Davis, 28, 2315 Boutin Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
* Synetta L. Dale, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 712, was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Robert J. Haynes, 22, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear,
* Ryan W. Bouge, 28, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
* Guo Huangcheng, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Samuel C. Wall, 21, of St. Louis; William W. Jelks Jr., 22, of Paris, Tennessee; Blake D. Besancenez, 21, of St. Peters, Missouri; Colin J. Schroeder, 21, of Grover, Missouri; and Slater G. Felzien, 21, of St. Peters were issued summonses for a nuisance party at 224 N. Lorimier St.
* Peter D. Lloyd, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a fireworks violation.
* Lynetta Duff, 19, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for damage to a driver's window.
* Martez D. Byrth Jr., 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a nuisance party.
* Michele Sue Beck, 36, 45 N. Benton St., Apt. B, was issued a summons for stealing.
* Kassie Dawn Shoupe, 21, of Golconda, Illinois, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Matthew Wayne Gates, 24, of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Burglary and damage to a door and frame were reported at 185 E. Cape Rock Drive.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* Domestic assault and armed criminal action were reported.
* A purse and medication were reported stolen at 1131 N. Kingshighway.
* A mask was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 308 Siemers Drive.
* Medications were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
* Jewelry was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* Tires on vehicles were reported damaged at 3265 William St.
* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Dog bites to the arm were reported at 1701 Lacy St.

* Vincent A. Hicks, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* George L. Whitehead Jr., 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Malaka D. Davis, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no seat belt-child restraint and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for no seat belt.
* William A. Niswonger, 37 of Scott City was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for a nonmoving traffic violation.
* Dustin W. Parmer, 29, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of resisting-interfering with arrest and assault.
* Billy B. Chisum, 52, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Richard J. Brownlee IV, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation for assault.
* Daniel W. Buck, 35, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for child neglect.
* Jeffrey L. Davis, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
