* Amber L. Jackson, 21, 624 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Anthony G. Wade, 39, 1032 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
* Deana M. Latham, 20, address not given, was arrested for court-ordered commitment.
* Miah S. Terry, 30, 1105 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear.
* Garry W. Proffer, 629 North St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement, on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault and on a Union County, Ill., warrant for domestic battery.
