The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Stephanie Martin, 37, 110 S. Hanover St., was arrested at William Street and Edgewood Road on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Marco A. Mays, 39, 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested at 1101 William St. on a Scott County warrant.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported in the 800 block of Perry Avenue.

Burglaries

• Burglary and theft were reported at 2500 Janet Drive.
• Burglary and theft were reported at 1209 Sailer Circle.
• Burglary and theft were reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at 1416 Ozark St.
• Theft was reported at 1533 N. Henderson Ave.
• Theft was reported at Bertling and Price streets.
• Theft was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• Theft was reported at Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at Bellevue and Middle streets.

Miscellaneous

• An animal bite was reported in the 900 block of South Benton Street.
• A runaway juvenile was reported on Village Drive.
