  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing clothes at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of leaving the scene of an accident, driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no insurance.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
  • Charles J. Green Jr., 23, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for parole violation.

Summons

  • Shannon Mungle, 53, no address given, was issued a summons for assault at 100 N. West End Blvd.
