The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert T. Alvarado Sr., 37, 1114 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Randy J. Jackson, 19, 1114 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Edna J. Gates, 38, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for trespassing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of child endangerment.

* Moreo M. Bell, 37, 1724 Good Hope St., was arrested on an Alexander County warrant for failure to appear for marijuana possession.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of burglary and stealing.

Summonses

* Kathlyn M. Reynolds, 29, 1712 Colonial Drive, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Erica N. Hanstein, 27, 519 Amethyst St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1032 W. Mount Drive.

* An Xbox, Xbox controller and Xbox games were reported stolen at 1104 W. Mount Drive.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 2551 Bloomfield Road.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* Vinyl siding was reported damaged at 116 S. Henderson Ave.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 1458 N. Kingshighway.

* A 19-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Tampering was reported at 518 S. Pacific St.
