Arrests

  • Charges of resisting arrest and careless and imprudent driving were pending against a suspect at North Middle Street and Broadway.
  • Latorya N. Mackins, 35, Town House Inn, was arrested at 505 N. Kingshighway on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no license and failure to yield right of way.
  • Sierra M. Shultz, 28, 1825 Montgomery St., was arrested at Good Hope Street and South Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
  • Connor D. Fanger, 21, 113 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for forgery.
  • Ronald E. Dobbs, 56, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for revoked license.
  • Dayveion J. Graham, 20, 1138 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlawful possession of a weapon.
  • Mark D. Sparks, 44, 1111 Giboney St., was arrested at 1111 Giboney St. on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for display of certain items prohibited and failure to maintain property free of litter.
  • Cleveland Roberson, 47, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at 1101 William St. on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
  • Anthony L. Stallings, 31, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for motor vehicle financial responsibility required and improper registration.
  • Orlando M. Perkins, 22, homeless, was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for burglary.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Chene C. Aldridge, 32, 1751 Cecilia St., was arrested at 337 N. Middle St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for first-degree assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Brian E. Harris, 31, 1014 William St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of damaging a building at 2102 William St. and South Plaza Way.

Summonses

  • Michael A. Hill, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal city license required and animal abuse at 1135 S. Pacific St.
  • Hannah L. Graham, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal city license required at 269 N. Lorimier St.
  • Donnie Reed, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal city license required and animal bite at 607 Locust St.
  • Mark D. Sparks, 44, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for nuisance violation at 1111 Giboney St.
  • Linda D. Woolard, 46, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law at 437 S. Louisiana Ave.
  • Guillermo Salinas, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for false declaration.

  • Burglary and theft of cellphones, movies, cash, tools and miscellaneous items were reported at 734 N. Middle St.

Thefts

  • Stealing and damage to a vehicle were reported at 170 S. Kingshighway.
  • A Honda moped was reported stolen at 547 Olive St.

Property damage

  • Damage to a vehicle was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported at 1934 Carolina Lane.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
