The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A subject was taken into custody pending filing of formal charges of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Robert T. Alvarado Jr., 18, 1114 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no license, no insurance and improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Renee L. Brown, 41, 2700 Pioneer Drive, received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Desiree N. Frederickson, 19, 1003 William St., Apt. A, received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Christopher B. Jordan, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

* Virgil D. Chirnside, no age given, 1566 Howell St., received a summons for striking a parked vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Bethany K. Miller, 19, 406 E. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for stealing.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported at 234 N. Lorimier St.

Thefts

* Robbery was reported.

* A wedding ring was reported stolen at 2829 Themis St.

* A laptop was reported stolen at 211 Saint Francis Drive.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Arcadis, 2601 S. Sprigg St., reported copper wire, PVC fittings and tools stolen and a lock broken.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported liquor stolen.
