The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Sean T. Moyer, 34, of Ellsberry, Mo., was arrested on a Jersey County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Crystal A. Taylor, 28, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

* Russell M.T. Phiffer, 39, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine and costs for no valid operator's license.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, interfering with arrest, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of concealable firearm and possession of marijuana.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, supplying alcohol to a minor and possession of liquor by a minor.

* Robert D.L. Maglone, 25, 915 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of a concealable firearm and failure to have a rear license plate.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Jason A. Vonruedgisch, 37, 220 N. Fountain St., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for driving while intoxicated, failure to appear for a stop sign violation, improper lane usage and no insurance.

* Regina L. Mouser, no age given, 323 N. Lorimier St., No. 3, was issued a summons for violation of steady red light and no insurance.

* Caryn L. Roslen, 28, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Dustin C. Parks, no age given, of Moreley, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* David M. Martin, no age given, 3457 William St., was issued a summons for improper lane change and no insurance.

* James D. Brown, 34, 719 E. Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Jonathan J. Seabaugh, 28, 811 Broadway, was issued a summons for no insurance.

* Gabrielle T. Swain, no age given, 808 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Brooke N. Vanderpool, no age given, 745 Woodbine Place, was issued a summons for failure to drive within a single lane.

Burglaries

* Burglary and theft of a generator, lawn mower, compressor, toolbox, tools and a 16-foot trailer were reported at 1467 Kingsway Drive.

* Burglary was reported at 709 Broadway.

Theft

* Medication was reported stolen at 2640 Hopper Road.
