DWI

* Tara J. Dowdy, 19, 1330 N. Sprigg St., Bldg. 4, Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Stanley Barrows, 36, 514 Olive St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear in court.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.

* Christopher L. Thurm, age and address not given, was arrested on a warrant.

* Trey A. Simpson, 1640 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a warrant.

Summons

* Camron N. Piper, 410 William St., received a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Third-degree assault was reported at New Madrid Street and West End Boulevard.

* Assault was reported at 235 N. Lorimier St.

Thefts

* Stealing, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* An MP3 player, money, water bottle and flashlight were reported stolen at 53 Green Acres Drive.

* Theft and property damage was reported by Heuer and Sons Implement Co., 861 S. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* William T. Maloney, 33, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of distribution/delivery/manufacturing or production of marijuana, possession of marijuana up to 35 grams and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Amos D. Pridemore, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Shane R. Deweese, 23, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Talyndra J. Deweese, 32, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Eric K. Worley, 50, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Quentin D. Overbeck, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear in court for fraud and insufficient funds.
