DWI

* Garrison R. Luttrell, 21, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the road and failure to display plates.

Arrests

* Tron Page McGee, 39, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Missouri Department of Corrections warrant for a probation violation.

* Mindy Anna Pearl, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Butler County warrant for a probation violation for stealing.

* Samiya D. Witherspoon, 17, 1555 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* David R. Minnick, 20, 536 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jaleel R. Whitaker, 18, 614 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance and property damage.

* Alexander S. Harris, 21, 1204 Bloomfield St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest and a peace disturbance.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summons

* Lyman Robert Pitman, 62, 315 Bellevue St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* An assault was reported.

* Todd A. Priest, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Merriel E. Housman III, 30, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving with revoked license.

* Terrance E. Smith, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for second-degree assault.

* Gregory L. Bailey Jr., 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for theft and property damage.
