The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Stephen Mark Tatum II, 23, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in the traffic lanes.

Arrests

* Carteiz Depree King, 39, 1262 Kingsway Drive, was arrested and Brandon Lamont King, 26, 1003 William St., Apt B, was issued a summons on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Jesus Cruz, 19, 105 Clark Ave., Apt. 102, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage.

* Theotis Robinson, 48, 1235 S. Pacific St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for walking on the roadway, consumption and resisting arrest.

* Wayne Anthony Wallace, 43, 259 N. Park St., No. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Devin Thomas Fitzgerald, 17, 1265 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Jacob Anthony Roberts, 19, 212 S. Lorimier St., No. 12, was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention and being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Burglary

* Damage to a door and a television were reported stolen at 525 S. Frederick St.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 1624 N Kingshighway

* A pistol was reported stolen at 2830 Independence St.

Property damage

* Tires were reported slashed at 1322 Sonnet Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
