  • Tammy S. Sappington, 28, 1926 Herman St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Antonio M. Johnson, 34, 45 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for being a felon in possession and possession of a controlled substance.
  • Latoya M. Jimerson, 32, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear for high grass.
