The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrest does not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Jasa R. Elliott, 19, 1450 Howell St., was arrested on an O'Fallon, Missouri, warrant for driving while suspended.
• Thomas J. Easley, 28, 2551 Fairlane Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Tammy S. Sappington, 28, 1926 Herman St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Antonio M. Johnson, 34, 45 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for being a felon in possession and possession of a controlled substance.
• Latoya M. Jimerson, 32, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for failure to appear for high grass.
• Jesse J. Austin, 24, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.
• Mandy A. Robinson, 36, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for assault and property damage.
• Glenda K. Ross, 43, 1558 Independence St., was arrested on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for a probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane, driving while revoked and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

• Daria M. Racca, 24, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Sarah N. McManaman, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Mark S. Jennings, no age given, of Royalton, Illinois, was issued a summons for leaving the scene and failure to provide insurance.
• Zechariah J. Renaud, no age given, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving too closely.
• Derrick L. McCoy, 27, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for open burning.
• Zakarhae V. Sams, no age given, of St. Charles, Missouri, was issued a summons for an improper turn.
• Morgan P. Shepard, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Assaults

• Three juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

• A meter cover was reported stolen at 2414 Glenridge Drive.

Property damage

• A windshield was reported broken at 614 S. Pacific St.
