* Brent V. Smith, 20, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for careless and imprudent driving, failure to appear for improper lane usage, failure to appear for following too close and improper registration.
* Dallas H. Crass, 19, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges on a warrant arrest.
* Douglas D. Nelson, 27, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
Summonses
* Joy A. Maglone, 37, 915 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of nuisance.
* Nitosha C. Ozment, 23, 1303 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Anchylus F. Davis, 52, 433 E. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Teresa D. Kucera, no age given, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Richard L. Jackson, no age given, of Anniston, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a parked vehicle.
* Ashley Andrews, no age given, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Theft of money and a damaged vehicle window were reported at South Sprigg and William streets.
* Stealing, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit and debit device was reported.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1000 Silver Springs Road and Mount Auburn Road.
* A purse was reported stolen at 3012 Minutemen Way.
* An iPhone 4 was reported stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 1217 N. Kingshighway.
Property damage
* A vehicle was reported keyed at 921 Hackberry St.
Miscellaneous
* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Quinlon R. Evans II, 22, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and distribution or deliver not more than 5 grams of marijuana.
* Joseph L. Thompson, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession up to 35 grams of marijuana and operating motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.
* Chad D. Valenti, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a St. Charles County, Mo., Department of Corrections warrant for failure to appear for child neglect.
* Tyler P. Hawn, 48, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of harassment and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Tracey D. Marshall, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Ashley N. McGuirk, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, stealing and on a Franklin County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for traffic charge.
* Justin M. Baker, 24, of Zalma, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County, Mo., warrant for second-degree assault.
* Amanda M. Wheeler, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
* Richard E. Krewinghaus Jr., 58, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Eliel Hernandez-Godinez, 20, of Newell, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of identity theft.
* Herculano Hernandez-Hernandez, 46, of Newell, Ala, was arrested on suspicion of identity theft.
* Richard E. Keller II, 37, of Jackson was arrested on a Missouri warrant for parole violation for possession of controlled substance.
