The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Antwan Barnhill, 38, 911 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license, no insurance, expired license plates and an illegal U-turn.

* Shawn E. Asbury, 28, 1106 Haddock St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without a license and domestic assault.

* Kevin N. Carron Jr., no age given, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Michele A. Owens, 55, 151 Enclave Circle, Apt. B4, received a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no headlights.

* Danielle N. Myers, 38, 1438 Howell St., received a summons on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane.

Arrests

* Melissa A. Lane, 25, 2842 Independence St., No. 16, was arrested on suspicion of stealing, resisting arrest and assault.

* Kristy A. Burton, 33, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* William B. Simmons, 35, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

* Glenn E Wright Jr., 40, of McClure, Ill, was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

* Jordan White, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and resisting arrest.

* Jeremy J. Haynes, 22, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.

* Stephanie L. Farrar, 18, 58 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

* Anderson Thrower, 52, 733 Sunset Court, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summons

* Stephanie N. Curtis, 21, of Mounds, Ill., received a summons for stealing from J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

* Austin A. Urhahn, 20, 3033 Boutin Drive, received a summons for indecent exposure.

* Anthony J. Guillen, 24, 1933 Delwin St., Apt. A4, received a summons for resisting arrest and obstructing police.

* Portia B. Harris, 19, 117 Green Acres St., received a summons for stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A laptop and jewelry were reported stolen at 926 Middle St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1525 Rand St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 555 N. Spring Ave.

* A laptop and jewelry were reported stolen at 926 Middle St.

* US Bank, 605 Boxwood Drive, and an individual reported stealing.

* Theft was reported at 513 Washington Ave.

* Theft was reported at 1448 Themis St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 2819 Whitener St.

* A cellphone was reported stolen at 1000 Emily Court.

* A purse was reported stolen at Maple Street and South Ranney Avenue.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 559 N. Spring Ave.

* A 21-year-old man was placed into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported.

* A 34-year-old man was placed into protective custody.

* A 20-year-old man was placed into protective custody.

* Assault was reported.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* Parental kidnapping was reported.
