The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* John W. Adams, 27, 21 N. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a revoked license and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

* Anthony J. Barton, 21, 119 N. Ellis St., was arrested on a municipal warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for a disorderly house.

* Jerry L. Curry, 45, 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Cynthia L. Meadows, 54, 2021 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kmart, 11. S. Kingshighway.

* Kimberlyn M. McDowell, 45, of Jackson was arrested on a Perry County warrant for a probation violation.

* Terrie M. Miller, 45, 618 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court for possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of theft.

* A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault and peace disturbance.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 900 N. West End Blvd.

* An attempt to steal tools and wire was reported at 1306 N. West End Blvd.

* A subject was cited for shoplifting small household goods at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A laptop computer was reported stolen from a vehicle at 624 Redbud Circle.

* A cell phone was reported stolen from a vehicle at 3127 Dogwood Drive.

* A radar detector was reported stolen from a vehicle at 3029 Mimosa Drive.

* Theft of gasoline was reported at 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* A pistol was reported stolen from am unlocked vehicle at 3125 Mimosa Drive.

Arrests

* Matthew L. Henderson, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* John D. Cargle, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
