Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and theft of medication, a television, an iPhone and a backpack at 910 Jefferson Ave.
* Thomas M. Haynes, 19, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
* Ricky K. Odi Hunter, 24, 3020 Boutin Drive, No. 23, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport and on Chaffee, Mo., warrants for probation violation for peace disturbance and drug paraphernalia.
* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.
* Joshua L. Faulkner Jr., 18, 922 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Diana L. Thomas, 40, 540 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
Summonses
* Christina Louise Poole, 19, 114 S. Benton St., Apt. A, was issued a summons for trespassing and noise.
* Cody Raymond Pearl, 30, 114 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
Assaults
* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
* Domestic assault was reported.
Burglaries
* Burglary and theft of DVDs and GPS devices were reported at 1207 S. Kingshighway.
* Burglary, damage to windows and theft of a computer, stereo, television and wall décor were reported at 709 North St.
* Burglary and theft of medications and a wallet were reported at 110 N. Park Ave.
Thefts
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 1149 Lexington Ave.
* A smartphone was reported stolen at North Main and Independence streets.
* Change was reported stolen at 2116 William St.
* Grocery items were reported stolen at Fred's, 121 S. Sprigg St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 1 S. Main and William streets.
* Identity theft was reported.
Property damage
* Damage to a window was reported at 632 Fairway Blvd.
* Damage to a door was reported at 1710 N. Sprigg St.
* Spray paint damage to a building was reported at Missouri Title Loans, 300 N. Kingshighway.
Miscellaneous
* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Violation of an order of protection was reported.
* A 39-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* An animal bite was reported.
* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
