Arrests

* Michelle R. Nunnaly, 37, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to return to confinement and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Melvin J. Steward, 27, 1215 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

* Calvin G. Ayers, 53, 2843 Whitener St., Apt. 1, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to signal and two counts of driving while suspended.

* Frederick D. Fleming, 25, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for no proof of insurance.

* Julius W. Gant, 37, 924 College St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a suspended operator's license and improper registration.

* Robert O. Weir, 25, 631 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on right half of the road, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Timothy L. Lay, 20, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession and indecent exposure.

* Patrick C. Glueck, 36, 618 North St., Apt. 18, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

* David E. Clary, 45, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, noise, and prohibited turns.

Summonses

* Megan L. Poley, 23, of Scott City was issued a summons for stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Caitlyn M. Somwervell, 18, 1000 Towers Circle, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Rune Ebsen, 23, 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 409, was issued a summons for an open container.

* Nolan J. Fisher, 20, 339 N. Park Ave., was issued a summons for resisting arrest, unlawful use of driver's license and an open container.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A Kubota generator was reported stolen at Bates Utility Group, 2000 S. Sprigg St.

* An electric meter was reported stolen at 35 S. Park Ave.

* A satellite dish was reported stolen at 502 S. Hanover St.

* Alcohol was reported stolen at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Alcohol was reported stolen at Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St.

* An animal bite was reported at 1420 Pemiscot St.

* Fraud was reported at 2832 Themis St.

* Kimberly D. Kleinschmidt, 37, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Zachary A. Payne, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.

* Ronald S. Roark Sr., 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Jeremy D. Mescher, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Graves County, Ky., warrant for custodial warrant.

* Caitlyn R. Revelle, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Zachary R. Wipfler, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and resisting arrest and on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for distributing not more than 5 grams of marijuana, unlawful transfer of weapon and probation violation for second-degree burglary.

* Michael G. Martin, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Ina M. Brown, 63, of Altenburg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of third- and second-degree domestic assault.

* Christopher M. Burton, 34, of Burfordville, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for burglary.

* Jamin E. Schippers, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing a bad check.

* Christopher N. Wissman, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Dustin M. Martin, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to signal when turning.
