The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Michael L. Palmer, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and receiving stolen property.

Arrests

* Renee L. Brown, 41, 2700 Pioneer Drive, No. 157, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Cheryl L. Deberry, 43, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3049 William St.

* Evelyn R. Coleman, 30, 414 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Malden warrant for contempt of court and a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear for driving without an operator's license and having no insurance.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of making a false declaration and possession of a controlled substance.

* Two boys, ages 15 and 16, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of fassault and resisting arrest.

* Daria M. Racca, 20, 2239 Route B, Apt. D, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

Thefts

* Theft of a cellphone and Otterbox was reported at 817 S. Pacific St.

* Flower pots and flowers were reported stolen at 206 N. Kingshighway.

* A flower pot was reported stolen at 206 N. Kings-highway.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 2801 Bloomfield Road.

* Hair products were reported stolen at 4U Beauty and Fashion, 612 Broadway.

* Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Jewelry, coins and a watch were reported stolen at 108 N. Main St.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 811 Perry Ave.

* A vehicle fender was reported scratched at 436 N. Frederick St.

Miscellaneous

* Cliff's Rent to Own, 612 Morgan Oak St., reported a failure to return a rented TV and furniture.

* A 37-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
