The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Following a two-car accident Tuesday at Broadway and Kingshighway, a summons was issued to Jason B. Grubbs, 24, of 243 N. Fountain, on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Racheal S. Kitchen, 24, of 10 S. Henderson, was arrested Tuesday at Broadway and Main on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and a traffic violation.
Arrests Cortez D. Bell, 25, of 541 S. Ellis, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance.
Mannuel T. Ware, 22, of 805 S. Sprigg, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
Terry M. Campbell, 34, of 624 S. Main, Anna, Ill., was arrested Tuesday at the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department on a warrant.
Shannon D. Woods, 24, of South Cypress, Parma, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a New Madrid County warrant for possession of marijuana and a Pemiscot County warrant for probation violation.
Jeremy J. Beaman, of 1721 Cape Meadow Circle, Apt. 6, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of resisting arrest.
Thelma M. Brotherton, 30, of 232 St. Mary's Drive, Ballwin, Mo., was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for burglary, stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Aaron J. Niswonger, 24, of 329 Fountainhead, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kesha K. Walker, 27, of 513 William, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
James H. Powell Jr., of Route 1, Thebes, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summons Summons issued Tuesday to Justin R. Mann, 17, of Thebes, Ill., for property damage to vehicle at Broadway and Kingshighway.
Thefts A stereo, amplifier, speaker box and CDs were reported stolen Tuesday at 1743 Lakeshore.
A radar detector was reported stolen Tuesday at 528 Koch Ave.
A radar detector was reported stolen Tuesday at 311 S. Minnesota.
A purse and contents were reported stolen Tuesday at 919 S. Pacific.
Clothing was reported stolen Tuesday at Famous Barr at 1000 West Park Mall. Two juvenile females were cited.
A CD player and a CD was reported stolen Wednesday at 1471 Kingshighway.
A 2001 Silver Mongoose boy's bicycle was found Wednesday at 2126 Independence.
A two-car accident was reported Wednesday at Siemers and Lowes Drive.
A two-car accident was reported Wednesday at William and Plaza Way.
A two-car accident was reported Wednesday at 3269 William.
Forgery was reported Wednesday at 101 S. Kingshighway.
Checks and a check card were reported stolen Wednesday at 2626 Independence.
Burglary A burglary was reported Tuesday at Alma Schrader School. Nothing was taken.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Tuesday at 1 First Street.
Miscellaneous Check forgery was reported Tuesday at 10 S. West End.
A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at 3439 William.
A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at Route K and Mount Auburn.
A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at Broadview and Maria Louise. A summons was issued to Deborah P. Green, of 208 Concord Lane, Jackson, Mo., for improper backing.
A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at 232 Siemers Drive.
A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at Hilldale Circle and Thomas Drive.
A dog bite was reported Tuesday at 546 S. Pacific.
A two-car accident was reported Tuesday at Perryville and Meyer. Driver No. 1 left the scene.
Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Wednesday at Cape Auto Pool at 3439 William.
