The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Dustin C. Hubbard, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, littering from a vehicle and crossing the center line.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while revoked and no insurance.

Arrests

  • Chris C. Hendrix, 46, 428 Pearl St., was arrested on a Harris County, Texas, warrant for parole violation.
  • Marcus D. Guyton Jr., 24, and Alexis K. Johnson, 20, both of 146 Tomahawk Lane, and Jacob W. Morrison, 22, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 12, were arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Mandy A. Robinson, 37, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Daniel P.H. Gause, 29, 1700 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, no insurance and no tail light.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, false declaration and failure to display plates.
  • Jeremy J. Gantt, 30, 2824 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to register and a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for possession of motor vehicle plates of another.
  • A 14-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of stealing iPhones.
  • A 16-year-old boy, a 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing and miscellaneous items at Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St.

  • An iPad was reported stolen at 2115 William St.
  • Clothing was reported stolen at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • A cellphone and firearm were reported stolen at 501 S. Kingshighway.

Assault

  • Domestic assault and stealing were reported.

Property damage

  • Property damage and trespassing were reported at 854 Silverado Trail.

Miscellaneous

  • Trespassing was reported at Commerce Bank, 1800 Cape LaCroix Road.
  • Assist other agency was reported.
  • A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
