The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of suspicion of invasion of privacy.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault, property damage, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon were reported on North Fountain Street.

Burglary

* Burglary and the theft of a computer were reported at 613 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Thefts

* Theft and arson damage to a basement were reported at 1131 S. Pacific St.

* A key was reported stolen at 615 Lafayette Place.

* A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 1212 Good Hope St.

* A flag and pole were reported stolen at 318 N. Lorimier St.

* Air conditioners were reported stolen at 103 N. Henderson Ave.

* Money was reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged.

* A bicycle was reported damaged at 2500 Spartech Drive and North Broadview Street.

* A vehicle was reported spray painted at 333 N. Frederick St.

* A window was reported spray painted at Broadway Biergarten, 818 Broadway.

* A vehicle window was reported spray painted at 630 Bellevue St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 622 Bellevue St.

* Cory W. Langston, no age given, of Fredericktown, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Samuel D. Philipps, no age given, 333 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
