The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Walter Deandre Combs, 42, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Jared Wade Basler, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Geronimo Gene Hogan, 30, 4 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Ronald Lewis Conner, 60, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Louis warrant for probation violation.

* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving with a revoked license.

* Teddy Leo West, 26, 209 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Alexander Allen Parrow, 19, 7 East Rodney Drive, Apt. 10, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, assault and possession of a controlled substance.

* James D. Clark, 57, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Scott A. Masters, 45, of Jackson was arrested on a probation and parole warrant.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Heather N. Visser, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Guillerma Habibullah, 59, of Champaign, Ill., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

* George E. Huber, 79, 1915 Brink St., was issued a summons for a fence and sign violation.

* An assault was reported at 1003 Locust St.

* Second-degree robbery was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 604 N. Fountain St.

Thefts

* A DVD player was reported stolen and clothes damaged at 7 Village Drive.

* Frito-Lay, 1857 Rusmar St., reported two delivery trucks damaged and cases of chips stolen.

* Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Frito-Lay, 1857 Rusmar St., reported a delivery truck damaged and cases of chips stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at1565 North Kingshighway.

* The city of Cape Girardeau reported a manhole cover stolen at North Park Av and Themis Street.

* An Xbox 360, controllers and games were reported stolen from 211 S. Park Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A wallet and money were reported stolen at 829 S. Kingshighway.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 505 N. Kingshighway.

Arrests

* Kaylee D. Bradley, 20, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott City warrant for probation violation for burglary.

* Steven J. Maxim, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for dangerous drugs, and an Advance, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

* Rhonda S. Strubinger, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.

* Hayley J. Yavuz, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license.

* Christopher L. Eskew, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
