DWIs
- Sherrita A. Jones, 36, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at Broadway and Frederick Street.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine and driving while revoked.
Theft
- Clothing was reported stolen at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
Assaults
- Domestic assault was reported.
- Assault was reported.
Property damage
- A driver's door handle was reported damaged at 921 William St.
Miscellaneous
- Deviate sexual assault was reported.
- Request for service was reported.

DWI
- Michael H. Mungle, 28, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Highway 72.
Arrests
- Brian K. Magill, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage and second-degree trespassing on Sunny Lane.
- Richard V. Davis-Boren, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault on West Cape Rock Drive.
- Ronnie D. Tackett, 55, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended on Highway 177.
- Katie M. Taylor, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended at Big Bend Road and Green Acres Drive.
- Travis W. Shavers Sr., 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault on Shady Lane.
- Daniel T. Bollinger, 72, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault on Woodview Lane.
- Shalandria L. Westbrook, 23, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, stealing, on North Missouri Street.
- Jeffery S. Gantt, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked at County Road 318 and Route K.
