The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Michael H. Mungle, 28, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated on Highway 72.

Arrests

  • Brian K. Magill, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree property damage and second-degree trespassing on Sunny Lane.
  • Richard V. Davis-Boren, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault on West Cape Rock Drive.
  • Ronnie D. Tackett, 55, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended on Highway 177.
  • Katie M. Taylor, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended at Big Bend Road and Green Acres Drive.
  • Travis W. Shavers Sr., 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault on Shady Lane.
  • Daniel T. Bollinger, 72, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault on Woodview Lane.
  • Shalandria L. Westbrook, 23, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation, stealing, on North Missouri Street.
  • Jeffery S. Gantt, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked at County Road 318 and Route K.
