The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darcell Moore, 26, no address given, was arrested at Park and Merriwether streets on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Eric Simpson, 24, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Johnnie Lee Edward Patterson, 34, no address given, was arrested and a juvenile was taken into custody for disturbing the peace at North Fountain and Mill streets.

* Scott Welton, 46, no address given, was arrested at 117 N. Main St. for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert Burton, 23, and Atmagye Malhotra, 22, no addresses given, were arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace at 33 N. Main St.

* Jared Lane, 22, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts at 31 N. Main St.

* Lugene Dodds, 23, no address given, was arrested on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for violation of parole and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation at Themis and North Water streets.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of distribution of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 11 N. Main St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault at 2858 Whitener St.
