CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary.

* A juvenile was taken into custody for property damage at 1066 Dorothy St.

* Darcell Moore, 26, no address given, was arrested at Park and Merriwether streets on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Eric Simpson, 24, no address given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Johnnie Lee Edward Patterson, 34, no address given, was arrested and a juvenile was taken into custody for disturbing the peace at North Fountain and Mill streets.

* Scott Welton, 46, no address given, was arrested at 117 N. Main St. for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Robert Burton, 23, and Atmagye Malhotra, 22, no addresses given, were arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace at 33 N. Main St.

* Jared Lane, 22, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts at 31 N. Main St.

* Lugene Dodds, 23, no address given, was arrested on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant for violation of parole and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation at Themis and North Water streets.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of distribution of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 11 N. Main St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault at 2858 Whitener St.

Summonses

* Shrae N. Cooper, no age given, 2857 Themis St., was issued a summons for property damage.

* Tyrone Deberry, no age given, 401 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Andrew Galen Kerby, 27, no address given, was issued a summons for having an open container at Main and Themis streets.

* Robert Edmonds, 22, and Jeffrey Dillingham, 32, no addresses given, were issued summonses for having an open container at 111 N. Main St.

* Second-degree roberry was reported at Middle Street and Broadway.

* Burglary was reported at 1112 Harmony St.

* Theft was reported at 1338 Big Bend Road.

* Theft of medication was reported at 2421 Albert St.

* Theft was reported at 104 Vantage Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of an order of protection was reported.

* A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody at 510 N. Fountain St.

Property damage

* Property damage to a mailbox was reported at 1929 Delwin St.
