DWI

* Sean Westrich, 25, 524 Koch Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Zachary D. Hartwick, no age given, 615 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on a St. Clair County, Ill., warrant.

* Sierrs R. Flannigan, no age given, and Zachary D. Hartwick, no age given, both of 615 Sycamore Circle, were arrested on suspicion of stealing and possession of a controlled substance.

* Kristy N. Moit, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Marcia Brown, no age given, of Joppa, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Danielle J. Wade, no age given, of Elkhart, Ind., and Emily L. York, no age given, of South Bend, Ind., were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Tyrone L. Hamilton, 24, 333 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant.

* Joshua W. Gills, 22, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.

* James E. McCrite, 55, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 302, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* James M. Cobb, 39, 1318 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for a nuisance declaration.

* A juvenile received a summons for prohibited acts and false declaration.
