Arrests
* Jerric D. Tims, 24, 1024 W. Mount Drive, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for failure to pay fine and costs for red light violation, suspended operators license and no insurance.
* Misty I. Wilfong, 29, 3022 Themis St., Apt. A., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for an insufficient funds check.
* Stacy R. Anderson, 41, 3022 Themis St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for an insufficient funds check.
* Samuel M. Smith Jr., 42, 1104 William St., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for stealing, property damage and driving while suspended.
* James H. Lowes, 60, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for nuisance violation.
* John R. Mitchell III, 31, 16 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Missouri warrant for parole violation.
* Keith L. Monia, 52, 3719 Carolewood Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for financial exploitation of the elderly.

* Sarah J. Keys, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
* Pollyanna R. Grafner, no age given 646 Napa Circle, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Kyla R. Miller, 25, 121 N. Park Ave., was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Angela J. Propst, 17, of Farmington, Mo., was issued a summons on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Matthew N. Kimmel, 27, 957 East Rodney Drive, was issued a summons for an animal at large and failure to possess city animal license.
* Mark E. Watson, no age given, 535 Themis St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Taylor M. Powell, no age given, 300 County Road 634, was issued a summons for following too close.

* Simeon Rodgers, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant for second-degree burglary.
* Michael D. Maglone Sr., 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
* Danny A. Aaron, 52, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of distributing a controlled substance.
* Bertrell Bridges Jr., 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked/suspended.
* Jonnisha J. Bridges, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree property damage.

* Raquel E. Welch, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* Joseph L. Bauwens, 20, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for minor visibly intoxicated.
* Sergio R. Sovilla, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to obey judge's order for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
* Trevor S. Glidewell Sr., 17, of Wolf Lake, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of three counts of first-degree burglary and eight counts of firearm theft.
