* Lugenes Dodds, 20, was arrested on a warrant for a traffic offense.

Thefts

* A gas driveoff was reported at 103 N. Kingshighway.

* A gas driveoff was reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.

* A bike was reported stolen at 2505 Albert Rasche Drive.
