- Hardy Gaines, 31, no address given, was arrested at Bellevue and Pacific streets on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
- Lafrance Schenola, 47, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 724 Broadway.
- Shanda Berry, 33, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration at 500 Louis St.
