CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Hannah Rose Mauk, 20, 2006 Wisteria Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* Lee Andrew Bonner, 44, homeless, was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for receiving stolen property.

* Dustin Matthew Martin, 22, 141 Highway Contract Drive, Lot 33, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for probation violation.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summons

* Brady M. Woodell, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons for following too closely.

Property damage

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1437 Cousin St.

* Steering-column wiring was reported damaged at 807 William St.

Thefts

* Renewable Resources reported construction tools stolen at 1840 Silverthorne Trail.

* Medication, a suitcase and clothing were reported stolen at 1411 Themis St.

* Medication was reported stolen at 128 S. Pacific St.

Robbery

* Robbery was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 32-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* Possession of marijuana was reported.
