Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.
  • Spence D. Tollison, 45, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
  • Elbridge N. Robinson, 43, 533 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving under the influence.
  • Shaniquia I. Gilbert, 24, 914 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

Summonses

  • Ashleigh C. Brock, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing clothing and headphones at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
  • Jacob L.D. Bonee, 24, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing an in-dash satellite radio at Coad Toyota, 357 Siemers Drive.
  • Andrew D. Goodwin, 35, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing food at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

Thefts

  • An Xbox and accessories were reported stolen at 37 S. Benton St.
  • The city of Cape Girardeau reported the theft of a two-way radio at 45 S. West End Blvd.
  • A car stereo, jumper cables and a set of wrenches were reported stolen at 2100 Themis St. and North Spring Avenue.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

  • Damage to a door was reported on South Hanover Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Forgery was reported.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

  • James D. Avery II, 36, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of roadway.
  • James K. Ward, 58, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
  • Kristopher T. Woods, 42, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

  • Conner D. Fanger, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for forgery.
  • Amanda M. Schlosser, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for driving while revoked.

  • Jerry L. Talley, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scotty City warrant for a traffic offense and a Cape Girardeau warrant for a leash-law violation and no city dog license.
  • Sabina R. Childers, 50, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for failure to display plates on a motor vehicle.
  • Francis J. Ivanovich, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for improper registration.

  • Meagan L. Miller, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 13-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities on suspicion of assault.
  • George M. Weston Jr., 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order.

Summonses

  • Deanna L. Western, 46, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle while operator's license revoked, displaying plates of another and failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Shana H. Wondel, 38, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Aaron M. Fortner, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

  • Theft was reported in the 400 block of Florence Street.
