The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darrell E. Shiner, 29, of St. Louis was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Jamie L. Reid, 33, 201 S. Minnesota Ave., was arrested on suspicion of littering.

* Howard E. Bellew, 46, of Whitewater was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.

* Cody M. Collins, 18, of Delta, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing cologne at The Buckle, 3049 William St.

* Levi R. Elledge, 33, 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for possession of cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Theft

* A pop-up camper was reported stolen at 760 S. Kingshighway.

* Identity theft was reported.

Property damage

* A trash can and vinyl siding were reported damaged at 3121 Wisteria Drive.

* Damage to a couch and exterior wall and arson were reported at 413 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* A flag was reported stolen from the International House.
