The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert A. Palmer, 51, of Louisville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of concealment of contraband.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to distribute and driving while revoked.

* Robert J, Haynes, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County, Mo., warrant for larceny.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing, resisting arrest, driving while revoked, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to drive on right half of road and driving in a careless and imprudent manner.

* Bobby L. Anderson II, 29, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for false declaration, driving while revoked, improper registration and child restraint.

Summonses

* Chase C. Guercio, 19, of Waterloo, Ill., issued a summons for being a minor in possession.

* Michael E. Harris, 24, 325 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for assault.

* Lindsay R. Phillips, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Jonathan M. Prino, 36, 116 N. Spring St., Apt. 13, was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation and driving while suspended.

* Guo S. Feng, no age given, 320 Caruthers Ave, was issued a summons for leaving the scene.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of a flat-screen television were reported at 620 S. Ellis St.

Thefts

* Theft was reported at 3050 William St.

* Theft was reported at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

* Sunglasses were reported stolen at 1038 N. Frederick St.

Property damage

* A door and frame were reported damaged at 447 N. Main St.

Miscellaneous

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

* Request for service was reported.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
