DWIs

* Lauren K. Oteham, 22, of Chesterfield, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and exhibition driving.

* Joseph W. Duncan, 21, 807 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to driving on right side of the road and failure to show proof of insurance.

Arrests

* Daniel Thomas Essner, 51, 1727 Themis St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.

* Roy Lee Jones, 33, 514 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and armed criminal action.

* Deloise Kay Jackson, 30, 419 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance.

* Robbie W. Meyers, 34, 205 N. Bast St., Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Jeannette L. Zuniga, 37, 1819 Montgomery St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Benny Savage, 45, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

* Ryan J. Marx, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of a false declaration and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

* Lawrence V. Wesley, 48, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing and on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.

Summonses

* Eugene Holloway Jr., 58, 657 County Road 211, received summonses for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Tina Leann Ashby, 50, 1856 Lakeshore Drive, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Tamara Rose Fitzgerald, 42, 114 Bellevue St., Jackson, received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

* Ledonn A. Smith, 29, 2857 Themis St., received a summons for assault.

* A purse and satellite radio were reported stolen at 142 Green Acres Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 823 N. Clark Ave.

* A checkbook was reported stolen.

* A lawn mower was reported stolen at 1317 Bloomfield St.

* BiState, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A debit card and money were reported stolen at 1510 Parkview Drive.

* A fan was reported stolen at 37 S. Benton St.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported scratched at 105 Clark Ave.

* A vehicle's mirror was reported damaged at 1145 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* Three 11-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.

* A 15-year-old boy was taken into custody for being beyond parental control.

* A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
