Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending charges of fraudulent use of a credit device.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of stealing.

* A subject was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

Summons

* Fred W. Brown, 33, 2649 Janet Drive, was issued a summons for having a disabled vehicle in his yard and excessive weed growth.

* Janet L. Cook, 77, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for excessive weed growth.

Assault

* An assault and unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Theft

* Medication and a Wii game were reported stolen at 401 S. West End Blvd.
