The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shauna R. Ford, 30, 1467 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation and received a summons for making a false declaration.

* Damon L. Brand, 44, 1204 Broadway, Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on assault and received a summons for resisting arrest and assault.

* Raymond L. Harris, 41, 137 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny.

* Toriano D. Reece, 23, 210 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of a driving while revoked and driving with no insurance and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court, as well as an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.

Summons

* Lonnie D. Frymire, 21, of Marquand, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing.

Burglary

* A television and suitcase were reported stolen and a bed damaged at 7 Village Drive.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 43 S. Main St.

* Procter & Gamble, 2206 Sussex Drive, reported a laptop computer stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* A gas jug and gasoline were reported stolen at 405 Albert St.

* A wallet and two packs of cigarettes were reported stolen and a vehicle's passenger window was reported damaged at 823 N. Clark Ave.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 329 S. Kingshighway.

* Cab fare was reported stolen at 3113 Themis St.

Property damage

* A glass door was reported damaged at 551 Columbine St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 419 Bellevue St.

* A 41-year-old man was placed into protective custody.
