Cape Girardeau Police Report released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Oscar Padilla, 33, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 48, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, no operators license and failure to maintain single lane of traffic.

Arrests

* Robert Earl Jackson, 42, 1015 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Gabrielle Marie Murray, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

* Troy Delbert Stansberry, 33, and Clayton Jack Wilkins, 33, both of Phoenix, were arrested for suspicion of park curfew violation.

* Rochelle Elaine Mitchel, 59, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a warrant.

* Denesha Deneak Walton, 24, 909 Hackberry St., No. 207, was arrested for suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Kaelin Ikeem Cherry, 21, of Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for a noise violation.

Assault

* Assault and robbery were reported.

Burglary

* Burglary and property damage were reported at 1435 Whitener St.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen at Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at the Shawnee Park Complex.

* A shopping cart was reported stolen from Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway.

* Theft was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Rape was reported.
