The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Russell L. Graham, 52, 3105 Meadowlark Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.
• Ryan J. Hallam, 31, 45 West End Blvd., Apt. 403, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
• Tiffany R. Warner, 26, 45 West End Blvd., Apt. 104, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause order.
• Jevon D. Burleson, 17, 8 Village Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Robbie M. Edward, 25, 2854 Whitener St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
• Brandon W. McCullough, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and making an improper turn.
• Jordan S. Pinkerton, 22, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Krysten L. Essner, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of a possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Felisa M. Trotter, 42, 610 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for receiving stolen property.
• Lashay E. Pinkerton, 45, 2849 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense and two probation violations.

• Terrelle T, Hulbert, 34, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
• Donald Howard, 53, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
• Ying Cui, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.
• Kristin E. Wright, 24, of Scott City was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Rhonda M. Schmitt, 34, of Potosi, Missouri, was issued a summons for stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Shannon D. Smith, no age given, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, was issued a summons for failing to yield.
• Gena M. Clemens, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Stanley L. Johnson, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to have insurance and driving while revoked.

Burglary

• Burglary and the theft of TVs and an entertainment center were reported at 530 S. Frederick St.

Property damage

• Wet cement was reported damage at Super 8 Motel, 2011 N. Kingshighway.
• Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1759 Whitener St.

• A peace disturbance was reported.
• Counterfeiting was reported at 1602 N. Kingshighway.
• Interference with custody was reported.
