* William A. McCain Jr., 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage.

Arrests

* Jeffery A. Harker, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Heather N. Gebicki, 19, 275 O'Connell Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of alchol by a minor and resisting arrest.

* Rico F. Lucious, 21, 1012 North West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* Derrick L. Jones, 46, 129 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear.

* Curtis Welch Shepard Jr., 33, 915 Maple St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* John D. Nettles, 42, 3257 William St., was arrested on suspicion of littering.

* Cherish P. Ferguson, 22, 101 Centennial Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for disturbance of the peace.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of burglary and property damage.

* Shannon M. Bednar, 38, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

* Austin C. Hunter, 21, of Bertrand, Mo., was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

* Mathew A. McClanahan, 19, 333 North Pacific St., was issued a summons for possession of alcohol by a minor.
