The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Derrick Jermaine Proctor, 30, 510 N. Fountain St., Apt. 8, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for littering and failure to appear for a traffic violation.

* Zackery Allen Graham, 19, 1242 Woodland Drive, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Dalton Joseph Simpkins, 17, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Ivory L. Davis, 21, 915 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession with intent to produce a controlled substance.

* Marcus J. Johnson Sr., 26, 1700 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Theon Donte Mackins, 36, 926 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* William T. Ranson, 27, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court.

* Sandra D. Jefferson, 40, 905 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Subjects are in custody pending formal charges in connection with resisting/interfering with an arrest.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection with hindering prosecution at 519 Amethyst St.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 911 Hickory St.

* A theft was reported.

* A theft was reported.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 905 S. Ellis St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Leah Brianne Perman, 23, of Advance, Mo., and Ryan James Dunn, 24, of Delta were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A moped was reported stolen at 1010 Scherer Lane.

* Dollar General Store, 724 Broadway, reported clothing stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported merchandise stolen. Margaret A. Fowler, 41, of Scott City was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A CD and DVD player were reported stolen from a vehicle at 3016 Themis St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1021 Bloomfield St.

* A robbery was reported in the 700 block of Broadway.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of video games.

* A 2004 Buick Park Avenue was reported stolen at 2346 Broadway.

* A PlayStation 3, games and a battery charger were reported stolen at 1527 Hill St.

* A video game console was reported stolen at 1118 Cousin St.

* Stealing and forgery were reported stolen at 521 S. Frederick St.

* A subject is in custody pending formal charges in connection with property damage at William and Benton streets.

* Property damage was reported at 209 S. Lousiana Ave.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1025 N. Sprigg St.

* A Patrick's Furniture truck was reported damaged at 1140 N. Kingshighway.

* Windows and tires were reported damaged at 600 N. Fountain St.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Trespassing was reported.

* The violation of a protective order was reported.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Trespassing was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.
