DWIs

  • John D. Ryan, 45, 185 Deer Creek Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.
  • Jeffery L. Kaszubski, 52, 50 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Jason W. Lynch, 32, of Bertrand, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Jordan O. Schrempf, 23, 330 N. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a noise violation.
  • Kyle W. Madden, 26, 119 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property and a U.S. Marshals warrant for failure to return to confinement.
  • Randy J. Hughes, 30, 1004 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Sarasota County Sheriff's Department warrant for sale of cocaine.

Summonses

  • Christopher J. Amos, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Timonthy T. Jordan, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

  • Miscellaneous auto parts and tools were reported stolen at 620 Commercial St.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 245 N. Park Ave.
  • A wallet was reported stollen at 1325 Broadway.
  • Prescription medicine was reported stolen at 921 Hackberry St.
  • A license plate was reported stolen at 2480 Benton Hill Road.

Burglary

  • A burglary and the theft of a washer, toys, baseball glove and ball were reported at 1815 Cape LaCroix Road.

Property damage

  • A window was reported broken at 45 West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.
  • A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 56-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
