The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Willie C. Kuykendoll Jr., 62, 701 North St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited noise acts and resisting arrest.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of indecent exposure.

* Franklin C. Watson Jr., 38, 918 William St., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Preston E. Dennison, 44, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Ladacia N. Howard, 22, 308 W. Lorimier Place, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance and driving while revoked.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.

* James S. Weber, 46, 1338 Big Bend Road, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper lane usage, striking a legally stopped vehicle and driving while intoxicated.

* Dorris K. Wooldridge, no age given, 2857 Themis Apt., Apt. A1, was issued a summons for improper passing.

* Lacie L. Moats, no age given, 278 W. Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons for improper passing.

* Carson L. Pitman III, no age given, 801 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Bryan D. Ward, no age given, 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 302, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Kristy L. Burton, 35, 801 N. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

* Keith L. Curry, 46, 2804 Themis St., was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and prohibited acts.

* Dedrick V. Williams, 29, 2826 Whitener St., No. 3, was issued a summons for stealing.

* Chylie A. Clark, no age given, 1918 Emily Court, was issued a summons for following too close.
