The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Troy G. Bond, 41, 1822 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of robbery and armed criminal action.
* Marilyn E. Hudec, 23, of Portageville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Kendra N. Smith, 26, 22 N. Hanover St., was arrested on a New Madrid, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense and a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* Kevin S. Crawford, 23, 105 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 105, was arrested on suspicion of stealing alcohol at Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Jeremy D. Rice, no age given, of Dexter, Missouri, was issued a summons for improper backing.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported suitcases, shoes, cologne and bedding stolen.
* Tools were reported stolen at 1835 Lacey St.
* A door was reported damaged at 105 N. Clark Ave.
* Forgery and counterfeiting were reported.
* Forcible rape, forcible sodomy, domestic assault, burglary, felonious restraint, endangering the welfare of a child and violation of order of protection were reported.
