CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Darren K. Graham, 26, 51 Hazel St., Apt. 4, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for revoked operator's license and a stop sign violation.

* Laura Jean Hogeland, 38, 1727 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Lancelot W. McGuire, 21, 134 Dena Lane, was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Richard A.C. Banks, 30, 2743 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Latoya S. Miles, 33, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for striking a stopped vehicle and suspended operator's license.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for tampering with a motor vehicle.

Summonses

* Tomothy C. Duffey, 49, 1800 William St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

* Mindy N. Lemons, 1432 Howell St., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Antonio D. Cooper, 18, 1122 Big Bend Road, was issued a summons for peace disturbance.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault and stealing were reported.
