CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department responded to the following calls. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Mark D. Kilhafner, 32, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Marble Hill warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• Clarence J. Smith, 24, 815 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to display plates, driving while revoked and false declaration.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of burglary, property damage and theft of a television, Xbox and various items at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

• Joshua W. Wilson, 40, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for trespassing on South West End Boulevard.
• Kitaylon T. Jackson, 18, 823 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for interfering with arrest at South Hanover and Cousin streets.

Assault

• Domestic assault and felonious restraint were reported.

Thefts

• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.
• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• A wallet and its contents, including a credit card, were reported stolen at 1565 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• An animal bite was reported.
