* Kevin Thomas Fles, 36, 2027 Chesapeake Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Jill Eilene Moss, 40, 2838 Independence St., was arrested on a Christian County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
