Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Kevin R. Campbell, 27, 1818 Nieman Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and driving without a license.
* Caleb B. Marshall, 19, of Morehouse, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation.
* Four juveniles were cited into juvenile court for shoplifting.
* Michael Sanders, 33, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Antonia Y. Freeman, 23, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and driving without a license.
* Brittany D. Thomas, 20, 644 S. Spring Ave., was arrested on suspicion resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
Summonses
* Victoria S. Strong, 42, 621 Themis St., received a summons for unlawful use of a weapon.
* Chasity D. Boaz, 35, 137 S. Spanish St., received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).
* John C. Taylor, 24, of Maryland Heights, Mo., received a summons for excessive weed growth.
* Shametra L. Twiggs, 27, 304 S. Benton St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported

Thefts
* A wallet was reported stolen at 711 Clark Ave.
* Money was reported stolen at 100 Minnesota Ave.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 760 S. Kingshighway.
* A credit and debit care, ID cards and money were reported stolen on North County Park Drive.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.
* A vehicle's paint was reported damaged a 3439 William St.
* A vehicle's tire was reported damaged at 771 West Rodney Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A peace disturbance was reported at 2324 Earleen Drive.
* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.
* A 40-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
